Two expert teams competing to be top dog with a hostage in the middle sounds much like your typical Rainbow Six match. In this case it was a skirmish between BLAST Esports and Ubisoft, competing to develop a unified brand system for the newly minted BLAST R6 global Rainbow Six tournament. I was brought in to help build a mark that could harmoniously combine the two wildly different forms of these iconic brands, as well as creating a brand hierarchy for the nine individual global leagues and two annual Major tournaments that relocate every year.
