Parloa is an AI agent management platform, that aims to build deeper, more meaningful and authentic relationships between companies and their customers. The core of the identity brings together humanity and technical precision through a convergence of meaning and emergent memory. Overlapping lenses combine to reveal a clearer picture, evoking the deeper relationship the customer builds with the company over time through repeated interaction. I was brought in to help build the initial concept, lens device, logo and typography as well as exploring layout and event graphics. I helped to push a much harsher and technical original vision into a warmer, softer and more welcoming space that defined the identity. The Further team then built on and rolled this concept out to perfection across various touch points and UI.
